Our story
YIPP was founded by Edwin and Henriette, inspired by their son Dylan.
The idea for YIPP grew out of Dylan's own experience after moving from the Netherlands to Australia. He saw how many talented international professionals either come to Australia -or aspire to come- hoping to build their careers and their lives here, yet often struggle to access opportunities that truly match their skills and ambitions.
At the same time, many Australian businesses are actively looking for motivated international young professionals who bring fresh perspectives and a high level of motivation, but often find it difficult to reach the right candidates.
YIPP was created to bridge this gap.
With offices in Sydney and Amsterdam, YIPP sources talent both locally in Australia and through its international network.
